Our next concert:

Saturday, November 21, 2015 - 7:00 p.m. - Hill Theater/RCTC
"Fall Concert" with “Second Suite for Military Band in F major”, “Greensleeves”,
“Molly on the Shore” and “Overture to ‘Candide’”.

Also, to celebrate our 20th year we commissioned the creation of an original piece of music composed by one of our long time members - Eric Straubmuller.

Mission Statement

To provide an opportunity for life-long musical expression and enjoyment by providing quality and challenging musical experiences for its members, while educating, and entertaining family audiences in Southeastern Minnesota.


The Rochester Community Band is open to all, without an audition. If you are interested in joining us please stop by. We meet  Thursdays from 7:00 - 8:30 p.m. in the Lourdes High School Band Room (2800 19th St NW, Rochester.) Annual membership dues are $50.


Please join and support the Rochester Community Band for our current season! We welcome all skill levels, and appreciate your support through financial contributions.
